Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is printed for you after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

That means a short production window before your parcel moves. Here's exactly what to expect, from the press to your door.

Production & delivery times

Made to order

Production takes 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. Transit time is added on top, so the total window depends on where it's going.

  • United States: 3–7 business days in transit, so roughly 6–12 business days from order to doorstep.
  • International: typically 2–4 weeks after production, including customs processing.

During drops and the holiday season, production can run longer than usual. Build in a buffer if an order is a gift with a deadline.

Tracking your parcel

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the production facility. Many shipments use a dual-carrier route: they start with DHL or UPS, then hand off to a local carrier such as USPS for the last mile.

Because of that handoff, the original tracking number can stop updating — or sit on “Label Created” — for a few days even though the parcel is moving. It usually resumes once the local carrier scans it. If nothing changes after a week, get in touch.

You can also look up your order any time on our order tracking page.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at cost — no markup. The rate depends on the item, its weight, the destination and how many pieces are in the order. Additional items in the same order usually ship at a lower rate per unit. Your exact total is calculated at checkout; the ranges below are a guide for the first item.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. That covers the United States, Canada and Mexico; the United Kingdom, every EU member state, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland; Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and most of Asia-Pacific; Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and most of Latin America; and South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco and many other African countries.

A small number of destinations can't be served — some because of international sanctions, others because our fulfilment partners don't deliver there, and a few in the Middle East and North Africa that are temporarily paused. The country dropdown at checkout is always the definitive list: if it's there, we can ship to you.

Customs duties & import taxes

European Union

For most EU-bound orders, customs duty is now collected at checkout as a clearly labelled Customs duty line, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery: a flat €3 per item on orders of €150 or less, and standard tariff duty on orders above €150.

Everywhere else

On other cross-border routes, import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are paid to the carrier or customs authority when the parcel arrives. The amount varies by country and product type, so we can't quote it in advance — your local customs office can. Any cross-border cart shows a duty notice at checkout telling you which country the shipment leaves from.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 2 weeks on a US order or 3 weeks on an international one, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or the print has a defect, report it within 30 days of delivery with clear photos on a flat, well-lit surface showing the tag and the issue. Full details are on the Returns & FAQ page.
